Underwear
Returns
We accept returns on all unopened, unused, unwashed, not on sale underwear, returned in their original packaging with your receipt of purchase (shipping order receipt found in your package), within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We undie-stand that we might not be a right fit for you, but due to health and hygiene regulations, once the seal is open on a pair of our underwear, we can't accept the return.
If your item is eligible for return, please submit a return request using the link above. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may reuse the original shipping package if it is in decent condition and not damaged.

Diddi and Bea reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@diddiandbea.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Clothing
Please note that we don't accept returns for knit on-demand clothing.
Since our items are knit on-demand, they are made for you once you purchase the item. As a result, we don't hold inventory or have the warehouse capabilities to accept returns. We are a small business, so we hope you can undie-stand.
