Mesh High Rise Underwear

I have hidradenitis suppurativa, a condition where my hair follicles become infected for unknown reasons, and made worse by friction and tight clothing such as the elastic on underwear. This leads to agonizing discomfort and sometimes immobility. There’s no cure, but going without underwear was able to help mitigate my symptoms to an extent.

Unfortunately, that “fix” didn’t always work, and there was no universal solution for my “nether-region needs” - going commando was uncomfortable at best and impossible at worst, and bike shorts or long specialty boxers were pricey while not always being practical. I tried every brief and thong I could find, without success.

What an unexpected blessing to find these supremely comfortable briefs. These completely elevate my leggings, skorts, and shorts from the inside out. It’s incredible the difference between no underwear and these underwear.

These aren’t simply a way to wear a liner or a pad (neither of which I do) - they create a barrier between my most sensitive areas and the seams of clothing that simply weren’t designed to be worn without undies. If my leggings could have talked, they would have said “I don’t get paid enough for this” and gone on strike - no longer! These briefs create the most flexible layer that I never could have imagined. Additionally, my c section scar experiences zero discomfort, and I’m optimistic that any scarring from future pregnancies will be much less uncomfortable thanks to the incredibly soft…

These are the most comfortable undies I've ever worn! There are no irritating seams, and the fabric is incredibly stretchy and breathable. I'd say when in doubt, size down because they relax as you wear them. Sometimes I forget if I'm wearing any underwear or not LOL. I have very sensitive skin, and I sweat a TON all day because of medical issues. I can't stand anything rubbing on my skin, or tight on it. I'll get aweful deep pimples and rashes where sweat and pressure sit, and my skin is very easily torn/damaged. I also bloat an insane amount- anywhere from an average of 3 to 5 inches, and these have streatched with me. These are like wearing a feather! I've tried the lace, and the mesh. I think I prefer the mesh, but they're both great. This company is very responsive, and customer service is above and beyond what any other company puts forward. You can tell they really care about the need for a product like this, and they can help answer questions about sizing.
